When you fill in a case review form, a claim specialist reviews your answers and calls you back. On that call they establish what happened, when, where, and whether there appears to be a claim at all. If there is, they introduce you to a law firm in our network that is licensed in your state and handles your type of case. If there isn’t, they tell you.
That is the whole service. We do not give legal advice, we do not evaluate the legal merits of your case, we do not negotiate with insurers and we do not represent you at any point. Those are things a lawyer does, and the relationship begins only when you sign an agreement with a firm — which you are never obliged to do.

That arrangement is worth understanding, because it is how almost all legal matching services work and it is not always disclosed. It does not change the contingency fee you agree with your firm, it does not add anything to your costs, and it does not oblige you to hire anyone we introduce. It does mean we have a commercial interest in connecting people with firms, which is exactly why the point above — that we tell people when there is no claim — matters.
Before a firm receives anyone from us we confirm an active bar licence in every state they claim to serve and run a public discipline search. An open suspension is disqualifying. We check that the firm actually practises in the area we would be sending them — trucking, mass tort, premises, medical negligence — rather than accepting anything that comes in. And we track how long they take to call a new claimant back.
We would encourage you to run the same checks yourself, on any firm, including one we sent you. Ask how many cases like yours they have resolved, who will handle your file day to day, what the contingency percentage is, and what happens to case costs if the case is lost. Firms that are good at this answer all four without hesitating.

A firm that tries trucking cases every month is not automatically right for a birth injury. We route on what actually happened to you and on which states a firm is admitted in.
Response time is tracked. Firms that leave injured people waiting stop receiving cases from us. It is the single most common complaint about legal referral generally and it is fixable.
