Accessibility is not a state a site arrives at once. Pages are added and changed, and things break. If you hit something that does not work for you, we would like to know — details of how to tell us are below, and we treat those reports as bugs rather than as feedback.
Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the structure of each page. Text alternatives for images that carry meaning. Keyboard access to every interactive element, including the case review form, the navigation menus and the FAQ accordions, with visible focus indicators.
Colour contrast tested against the AA thresholds for body text and interface elements. Layouts that reflow to narrow screens and hold up at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling. Form fields with associated labels and error states that are conveyed by more than colour alone.
Some third-party components and any embedded content we do not control may not fully meet the same standard. Where that is the case we work with the supplier or replace the component.
This statement will be updated as pages are added. If a page behaves worse than the rest of the site, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
